Fayette | Haus of Design

The Fayette project in Ladera Ranch features a full remodel of five bathrooms, including the Primary bathroom, all designed with a stunning transitional style. The vision was to create jaw-droppingly gorgeous spaces by mixing finishes and textures. All-black fixtures add a modern pop, beautifully contrasted by light and bright tile and slab elements that provide high contrast throughout each bathroom. To enhance the ambiance, layered lighting was incorporated, including backlit soap niches, mirrors, sconces, and toe kicks, which adds depth and warmth to the design. White oak cabinetry was chosen to introduce a subtle, natural warmth that softens the bold, modern elements. The result is a collection of bathrooms that balance sophistication and comfort, offering a luxurious experience in every detail. This project exemplifies a commitment to creating timeless, elegant spaces that are as functional as they are beautiful.
